This seminar provides an overview of the latest strategies for updating and managing an effective and meaningful learning assessment program.


Lisa R. Shibley, PhD. is assistant vice president for Institutional Assessment and Planning at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. In her role at Millersville, Dr. Shibley facilitates student learning outcomes assessment, accreditation, and strategic planning processes.
Lisa received her Ph.D. in higher education administration with an emphasis in educational psychology from The Pennsylvania State University after more than 10 years experience serving in the Student Affairs field. Dr. Shibley regularly presents posters and presentations on assessment and is published in the Schuh and Upcraft work Assessment Practices in Student Affairs.
