Thank you for sharing. I've started to organize folders similar to some of your suggestions, but now I can refine a system. The organization and ability to keep track while time consuming also saves a lot of time later on.

Fantastic article Eileen; I also utilize feedback methods similar to yours, which allows for less time spent on common observations and more time spent providing constructive comments personalized to each learner.

This is very helpful, and….yes….thinking that online coursework is easier is a mistake! Sometimes, it is much more work! However, I really like many of your ideas, some of which I already do. One idea that is brilliant is the "template" response for the same error!
