<description>The key to a good online learning experience for the student is having the chance to use the things they are learning in theory (textbook) in real world practical situations or at least be able to demonstrate their proficiency in a way that applies to an on the job situation.

For theoretical subjects such as philosophy or psychology, it would also work having online forum discussions between students.

		<description>Hi Rob,

Thanks for sharing some interesting ideas on how to make online classrooms engaging and effective. I completely agree with you that ways to make learning effective in online classroom is completely different than face-to-face learning.
There is an interesting whitepaper I read on similar topic few days back which also shares some good ideas on similar front called as &quot;5 Creative Ideas of using Raptivity in Online Training&quot; &lt;a href=&quot;http://(http://www.raptivity.com/whitepaper/5-creative-ideas-of-using-raptivity-in-online-training)&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;(http://www.raptivity.com/whitepaper/5-creative-ideas-of-using-raptivity-in-online-training)&lt;/a&gt;.
